I am a Certified Nutritionist, and enjoy helping people with health and nutrition, BUT have discovered that I love writing about things that interest me, so blogs have become an outlet for that.I guess you could say that I've become a "professional blogger" :-) I blog about things that I love, and also work with a few services that connect advertisers with bloggers, and receive payment for some of the posts to my blogs.

In November of 2008 I received an award from one of those companies because they appreciate my ability to do what they call "niche blogging"...that was such a nice surprise and encouragement to me! Helping me is the easiest thing in the world, all you have to do is visit my blogs, and when you do, I hope you'll enjoy the experience and get to know me better.
